My wife, Tina and I offer our deepest condolensces for the loss of Dr Hoffman. I saw him as q patient for nearly 20 years. He was q caring and compassinate doctor who will be greatly missed

I went to Dr Hoffman for close to 35 years or more . To me he was very caring and helped people when he could who didn't have good insurance
Rest in peace doc .you'll see my mom in heaven please hug her for me

Dr. Hoffman cared for me and my husband for over 30 years. He found an aggressive form of cancer in time to save my life. We always felt he cared deeply for his patients. My prayers are lifted up for all of his patients, employees, family and friends. I will miss him greatly. A good man taken too soon.
