Not sure what to say?

Dan will be missed by all the members of Capt J. P. Brindle Camp No. 50, Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War. He was serving as Commander when he died and had served in that capacity for the three previous years. He had a keen interest in the Civil War.

We will miss him as a good friend in Masonry and in the Shrine Color Guard. May God take him into His loving care and be with Jackie in her time of need.

I worked with Dan at the WSO, Harrisburg for more than ten years.
He was a good man in all respects and loved his family and fellowman.
We enjoyed many football and ice hockey games together. God Bless Dan and his family.

I spent many years in the Fire Dept. with Dan and he was always a good friend. I never saw him lose his temper and he treated all fairly. I was so glad I was able in a small way to assist him during his illness. So long, Dan, we will miss you.

I will not forget Mr. Hurley. Growing up he was the kind of Dad every child would want to have. He was there no matter what the situation. My heart goes out to Mrs. Hurley, Diane, Charlie and family for the loss of such a wonderful man. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Love, Julie, Ron, T and Jessi (Bear)
