Daniel Imhoff

Dan was one of my mentors for machine design and building way back when I was a young man in my early 20's! He was such a positive person, and I can still remember how he talked and laughed! (-:

Dan was one of the great mechanical minds, and was always willing to share with you what he knew, and was open to ideas he had not thought about.

We would often talk about his health, and even get into long discussions about God and His plan for us through His Son Jesus...

I enjoyed working with Dan. He was always helpful and willing to listen to new ideas.

Dan was good man to work for the past 13 years.

I first met Dan about 10 years ago when I was starting my business Lanphear Tool Works & Engineering. He was my "fixture father" teaching me about automation from his seeming un-ending knowledge. I was fortunate to have been able to get to know him quite well over this time and will never forget him. I wish I could put in words what a great guy he was. I know he would have wanted also to be known as loving & restoring lapstrake wood boats! I look forward to spending lots of time with Dan in...
