Daniel Henry Jurado

Thank you Dan, for always being present in our races! You taught us so much. Me as well, even though I wasn't a sprinter. It was really nice you and Liz after church as well, where you would give me tips about running. You will be missed.

We will miss seeing Dan at the St. Mary's Latin Mass. His devotion was admirable. We send our thoughts and rosaries to the family.

Dan Jurado - "the man with the clipboard" was more than just a running or track coach who kept statistics on everyone. He was a life coach. His interests in the athletes that he taught went beyond the sports. He taught by advise and example how best to plan for the future but live your life for your family in the present. I will truly miss Dan, this wonderful man among men, and my life is a better one having known Dan.
