Daniel Francis Jusiel, 96, of Princeton died Sunday, August 18, 2019, at Glenwood Park Retirement Village. Born in Milwaukee, WI August 9, 1923, he was the son of the late Felix and Helen Larkowski Jusiel. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by the mother of his children, Joan L. Higgins Jusiel-Olds. Daniel was retired from furniture repair and refinishing but remained and artist. He had deep ties to the Catholic Church. Many people enjoyed his easy, humorous style. He was a fiercely independent man who successfully cared for himself and continued his artwork to the very end. Survivors include his daughter, Margaret R. “Maggie” Jusiel and her husband Tim Mainland of Athens, his son, Andre D. Jusiel of Dunnellon, FL, Andre’s children, Haley, Andrew, and Alex, and two great grandchildren. In keeping with wishes he donated his body to the Human Gift Registry of the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.
