Rest In Peace Dan. You have touched many people and made an impact in their lives´ whether you meant to or not. Your genuine soul will be cherished forever.

I never knew Dan nor watched his season on survivor. There are a lot of people I never knew about until their passings. Although his cause of death remains unknown to this day, but I respect his family, friends and associates to keep it private. My condolences.

I remember Dan with fondness regularly. Now as a new season of Survivor came to an end , he was even more in my thoughts. He and I had many good chats during our season.!

I hope you're in a better place now Dan :( My siblings and I recently began to watch Survivor: Gabon after hearing it was an underrated season, and I immediately began to root for you, and even put you down as the contestant I thought would win that season. When I saw that you had unfortunately lost, I decided to look up what you had done after leaving the show. I was shocked to find out that you had passed. Sending my condolences to the loved ones of Daniel Kay Jr.

as season 40 of survivor comes close to airing, we are remembering all the deceased contestants. dan was so close to winning. you are remembered

Dan was a wonderful guy. He was my best friend in high school and we shared a beautiful kiss behind the gym.
