Not sure what to say?

Dear Keefe family I am just learning of Father´s passing . My mom cooked for Father Kerwan and Father Dan when he was at Holy Family in Enfield . They were her "boys" . They even invited her to the table for a glass of wine after she finished serving their meal. My mom did not drive so Father Dan would take her to the grocery store when she needed to purchase food for their dinner . He was a favorite of moms. He will be truly missed by all that came his way .

Dan was a such a huge part of my life . I have so many great memories with him . . From Jupiter Florida to New Orleans.. I got him on that balcony there . He was so excited. I’m so sorry that I couldn’t attend, I’m going through my own health issues at this time , but just know I love him so very much. He was GREAT GUY .

The entire Keefe family are so loving, warm and kind. Sending them love and support during such a difficult loss. He was such a gentle soul and a wonderful person. May the memories of Danny comfort you all. Love, Rick, Stephanie and Adam Bartocetti

Fr Keefe with his beautiful broad smile brought so much to Our Lady of Mt Carmel and Ascension Parish in Hamden. It was a privilege organizing his farewell get together before he left for Branford. May he rest in eternal peace Gina Simko

Dan and I were classmates in Brighton where we laughed our way through the first year of theology. We could get away with that because we were also good students. I am very grateful to have known him and to have called him a friend.

I didn't personally know Father Keefe but My Brother Eugene did from His days as a West Haven resident. Gene said, " not only is Danny a good Priest but an all around good Guy." May He Rest In Peace.

Such a kind, fun, God loving man. I had the pleasure to know him at OLMC. My condolences to his family. My heart is saddened by this great loss of a wonderful Father and man Rest Peacefully Father

Wonderful Priest. You will be missed by everyone you knew. St.joan of Arc Church was never the same after you left.

A wonderful priest and man. I wish the family peace at this time.
