Not sure what to say?

Besides his great talents as a musician, Danny was also a very sociable man, a founding member I believe of Dallas Bears, and served as president of the club for several years. He served the club in the same excellent way that he apparently did everything he touched. Everyone loved him. He was a wonderful, fun, intelligent, caring man, and we'll all miss him. The DFW area is a poorer place for his being gone. Hugs and condolences to his many friends and family!

I met Danny when I was attending East Texas State University as an undergraduate student in music, vocal performance. I had the great pleasure of having Danny as my accompanist - we even shared a recital together! I will remember most his wacky sense of humor and his unbelievable musical gift. He will truly be missed. Bob Hopkins
