Dan hired on with Yellow Transportation not long after I did. Working with Dan was great, he was a excellent supervisor and he knew the freight business. Dan was full of energy and it rubbed off on the people that worked for him and with him. But Dans best quality was his heart. No matter what kind of day Dan was having he always asked you how you are and hows your family. To Dans family I'm sorry for your loss Dan will be missed.

Dan was a real good-natured, freind of mine at Yellow Transportation. Work in the freight business is always hectic and fast-paced, but Dan had a special way of taking the "grind" out of it. He made you laugh and smile instead of gritting your teeth while working. As a supervisor, Dan never got bossy or rude -- he just wanted to work with you and get through the day together. To Dan's family, I'm very sorry for your loss. He will surely be missed.
