Not sure what to say?

I first met Dan in the 70's while I worked for GTE and he for the state police. I moved in across the street from him on S. Concourse in the mid 70's. I bowled in the same league at Chippewa Lanes for many years and was there the night he bowled his 300 game. I will never forget his bigger than life smile and quick wit. The world is a better place and I am a better man for having known Dan. I am so sorry for your loss. May GOD bless and keep you.
R.I.P. Dan...

I got to know Dan when I lived in Mt. Pleasant and was a member of the Rotary Club. He was very kind to our family after we moved to Mt. Pleasant, hosting us for a nice dinner one night. Dan was a fine man and I offer my deepest condolences to his family.

We are so sorry to hear of your loss and give our condolences to the entire family. You are in our prayers.

I am very sorry to hear Daniel is gone. He was a great person, loved by all. My heart goes out to his family and I will keep them in my prayers.

I offer my sincere sympathy to the family of Daniel E. Kostrzewa, a friend and fellow law enforcement person.
Dan was a good friend, a comrade in arms who watched over a great area in Isabella and Midland Counties over the years. We had a wonderful relationship and watched out for each other and each others employees. He was a man of character and had a great love for family and friends. Dan loved life, law enforcement, golf, bowling, and having a great time with family and friends....
