We're offering, the family, Don, and Dave, our deepest condolences. May peace, and happy memories help you through this, the toughest of times.

Dan and Jerry go way, way back, remaining life-long friends. We have great memories of ND football games, dinners out, northern Michigan boating, escaping Beaver Island, golfing, laughter and great conversations. Undoubtedly he's already organizing dinner and social events in heaven. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

It with our deepest sympathies to here of your loss. Your entire family is in our thoughts and prayers at this time.

Praise God from whom all blessing flow even in times of sadness.

I particularly remember the good times together at your barn as well as on the golf course specifically with your dad, Jim, Dan, Dave an Don.

And as with many west siders, your insurance company was my first.

May your dad rest in peace.

My first job in 1961 was at Kozak Agency. I was fresh out of high school. Dan was a very kind man and I have very fond memories of all the family. His friends have been blessed to been part of his life.

Phyllis,
I got to know Dan as a patron at the VanBelkum Library. He was a wonderful kind and generous man, always had a smile and was always looking for the next great read for you first, and himself last. I have missed seeing him since I retired but have thought of you both so often. I know that his soul rests peacefully.
