Daniel Blue Krell

I have known Dan for many years because we have been working for the university for the same amount of time, but I worked directly with Dan for 8 years. He is a great person. I remember he had one of the biggest teams at CU Boulder and when they broke up our team. Dan stayed on the other new team unfortunately, when Dan left I had a lot of problems with the clients he worked for because they really love him, we tried to bring him back to our new team, but management did not approve it at that...

As Dan's brother said in his eulogy, Dan was always willing to talk to anyone and everyone. Several years ago, he worked at our lab at CU. When he moved to another building, but we were lucky enough to have him come by to visit. He will be missed.

I met Dan on the 70000 Tons of Metal cruise in 2017. We instantly bonded and I loved hearing all his funny and witty jokes. He was gifted that way. Plus he was fearless which I admired. We kept in touch and had a reunion in Fort Lauderdale with the gang again in 2019. We had so much fun together. I miss him.

Truly One of the Good Guys. The best of Us. His tribe will miss him dearly. I will miss his counsel and his deep insights into the Runes. Our road trips and how honestly Dan loved Us. I am blessed to have been apart of His life. Peace and Much Love for Brother Dan and his Brothers. Michael and Michelle I am very sorry for Your loss. I loved Your Son very much
