Pat, I saw this recent entry, and it made me reflect again on how much Danny meant to me. I hope you and your family are doing well. He left such a wonderful legacy for you guys and for all of us. It's harder and harder these days to spot the good guys, but Danny definitely was one!! God bless you!

Pat, I was so upset when I heard about Danny this morning (Paulette sent me an email as soon as she learned about him). Danny and I were such great friends back at Spruce; we used to sit in class and write notes to each other. When he met you, that's all he could talk about!!! It was the sweetest thing. I can't express how sad I am. I will be praying for you and your family in the coming days and weeks. God bless you!

Today we said goodbye for now to a dear friend. As the pastor said today, believers will see him again when our heavenly father calls us home. Danny and I met in 1968 at the University of Texas at Arlington where we were both first semester freshmen in the architecture department. We became instant frinds and have remained so all these years even though our lives took different paths. Danny, "My Best Man" will be truely be missed. Our prayers are with Pat, Shannon, Travis and the rest of the...

Pat and family, WPHS lost a great teacher and friend with Danny's passing. My wife and I would like you to know that we are praying for comfort and healing to you and your entire family. Frankie has spoken many times of what a nice man he was, and how she spent many years watching Jason (Groom) and Travis play baseball together and of the good example that he always set for the boys. May God Bless you, your children and grandchildren may he give you peace in this most difficult time. We will...
