I'm the son of Gil Ruprecht, {Doug} my father passed away 3 months ago and was close to Dan as he sold to him at Bud, I also sold to Dan myself. Dad knew Dan for 48years myself 30. Dan will be missed he always had a kind word for me and I still think of all the lunches the 3 of us had together. My mother Betty also is very sad to hear of his passing. Dan was a class act.

" Lucas" (I rarely called him Dan) was my mentor and my friend. We worked side by side for over 30 years and I, as well as my family, considered him family, an uncle of sorts. He will be sorely missed, but never forgotten. For as long as we remember him, he will live on in each of us. God be with him.

Dan and I were cousins. I saw him last at a reunion in Ohio a couple years ago. I am stunned and saddened at his sudden death. His family has our deepest sympathy. Cousins Helen & Rich Lewis, AZ
