We were so sorry to hear of Dan's passing. May the entire Maccoby family be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.

We would like to offer our deepest condolences to Nancy and the children along with the entire Macoby family. We feel honored to have met him . He fought so hard for so long to stay with you all who he loved.

Our deepest condolences to the Maccoby family. Dan was such a terrifiic person who made our Friday morning breakfast meetings in Walton more enriched by his participation. He showed such courage during all the challenges he suffered. He will be so very missed by our family and all the people of Surrey, England. Thank you Dan for coming into our lives and making it that much more special. May God continue to watch over your family and give them strength in the weeks and months ahead.

So many people were privileged to know Dan. He will live on in the memories of those friends and colleagues. All good thoughts to the family, with hopes of spending time hearing all about him from them one day. Great, warm, lifelong love to Nancy.

My deepest condolences to Dan's family.
He was courageous and determined in his health battle.
It was a privilege to meet him.
