Not sure what to say?

Thank you Danny for always taking the time to converse with the younger kids in the neighborhood. I´ll always remember your laugh and voice. And it was a happy day when we heard you were blazing a trail for male nurses! So many good memories to help balance the sadness. Condolences to Margaret, Stephen and Casey and to all the MacDuffie family.

I can still see Danny, with his red hair, walking up the hill past our house on his way home from school. He always stopped to chat with my mother, who loved him and saw what a kind an caring human he was. We were not surprised that Danny chose nursing as a profession since he was such a compassionate person. My condolences to the MacDuffie family. Danny was really special.

Dear Marge, Although we didn´t know each other well, I was so sorry to hear of the struggle you and Danny endured. I prayed for both of you, but in spite of Danny´s valiant fight, it wasn´t to be. I pray that you have the comfort of many years of happy memories together.

I used to babysit for Danny and his brothers and sisters! My condolences to all the family We all grew up in New Dorp and went to OLQP Wonderful family

May the God of comfort bring the family peace.

Dan was an extraordinary friend and most knowledgeable mentor I´ve ever been privileged to work with. He was my walking encyclopedia of organ donation and transplant throughout my 14 years as his colleague at Translife. He was always encouraging and supportive and truly cared about my needs and the needs of my family, as this career that Dan was so devoted to was a way of life for ones entire family. He adored his beautiful wife Marge and together we shared many stories of our kids while they...

I´m so sorry... I always loved Dan´s wisdom and kindness. Best to all of you Love Maria from Lighthouse Hill

Margret...Its been some 40 years since I had the pleasure of working with "Duffie". I have thought of both of you over these many years. I can still see him teaching patients about their health issue. There was always laughter all around you both. I'm not sure I remember correctly but I think you both liked the song White wedding. I am truly sorry for you loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
