Daniel J. Maffeo

Daniel was truly a class-act. My father & uncles grew up with Daniel & Lewis on Rosette St/ Lamberton St/Morris Street area & I remember them while I was growing up. My most vivid memory is each July 4 they would put on a very nice display on Rosette St that brought in the entire neighborhood together that would last all night long. I am certain he is reunited with his brother, my parents, & my uncles all having a good time up there. Rest easy Daniel

To Dan's family, My deepest condolences on Dan's passing. I have many fond memories of sharing conversations in the friendly atmosphere of the Village Diner in East Haven. He would attend regularly for coffee and breakfast often enjoying conversation with staff and patrons. He was a wonderful man with a quick wit and tons of energy. He will be missed.
