From the Maloney Family, Naperville IL, we would like to send our sincere condolences on your loss. I was given specific instructions from my parents (Tom and Joan Maloney) to let Dr. Ed, Mary, Judy and family know "that you and your family are being prayed for daily in their nightly prayers. Dr. Ed and Mary your MANY kindnesses are memories our hearts will have forever!" Sending our love, Tom & Joan Maloney and Family

My heart aches for you and your family Judy.. covering you all with prayer.. May your memories comfort you. Hugs Mary Metzger Nielsen

We grew up next door to your dad and his family. I met your mom in high school before she and your dad began dating. What I remember most was the humor and laughter we shared as kids, teens and later as adults. Dan found humor in most everything. He kept life light. May he Rest In Peace as his job is finished. He will be missed.

I have so many fond memories of Mr. Maloney, and all of them revolve around heartfelt conversations at the Maloney home. We discussed the history of the Chicago Bears, White Sox, Notre Dame and the Illini. However, the most impactful conversations we had revolved around teaching. I loved listening to his stories, how he engaged students, and how the profession has evolved and changed. When I was student teaching and then became a teacher he would ask how things were going and then help me...

We are shocked and saddened to hear of Danny's sudden death. I have known the family since high school days and watched most of them grow into fine adults.

Dan was a great person who was always willing to have a debate on many subjects. A great "Domer" and Sox fan who will be missed.

I did not know Dan, but have the utmost affection for Judy, a former Little Flower classmate. I send heartfelt condolences to Judy and the family. God bless you all.

On behalf of Catholic Charities, I would like to express my sincere condolences on your loss. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. May you find comfort in knowing that Daniel is now at peace.
