Hertford resident Daniel Scott Manke, 50, of Hertford, died in a boating accident, Friday, May 31, 2013. A memorial service will be held, Saturday, July 6, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 500 Interpath Parkway, Elizabeth City.
