I was horrified today to hear from Jack about Danny’s death. I cannot imagine the sorrow of such a loss to all of you. My heart goes out to you. Even though our friendship was brief, I had many good times with Danny and I learned a lot from him. He taught me not to take the bad things in life so seriously. I will never forget him and the bond that we had.
I especially want to say this to his sons: Your father was a wonderful man and loved you dearly. He talked to me all the time about how much fun he had with you. Please, don't ever forget your memories of him.
