Not sure what to say?

Dear uncle Dan , I have such fond memory's of you from when I was a child , I learned how to swim in your pool, you had the gift of contagious laughter , always trying to lift peoples spirits. You lived your life to the fullest and we where all blessed just to have a part of your incredible life no madder how big or small it may have been. YOU WILL BE GREATLY MISSED . Until we meet again . LOVE Laura xoxoxo

My family bought Dan and Katherine's house on Clements Street after living across the street from them for many years. I hadn't seen any of the family for over 40 years but I remember Danny as being a loving and kind neighbor and friend to my parents (Paul and June Girodat). I also fondly remember the volleyball games every week between the two driveways on Clements when I was a kid. So many memories run through my mind after hearing of his going home to be with the Lord. My sincere...

Uncle Dan,
I remember like it was yesterday the fun we had when we'd come to visit. You always had time for us "little kids". I can still see Mom and Aunt Kay huddled in the "shallow end" of the pool, while you were scheming with us on ways to get them wet from down in the "deep end". I'll remember your voice, your laugh, your friendly grin. You will always be in my heart.

Uncle Dan, I will truly miss you. When we were growing up I can remember all of the basketball and vollyball games in our driveway on Clements Street. The old neighborhood brings back those childhood dreams that you helped me mold into adulthood. You were and are the best....With all my love you will be missed but we will all be together someday. Love Mickey

I already miss you Uncle Dan. Say hi to Aunt Kay for us all. She'd be happy to know the Tigers finally won one yesterday! Save some seats for us!

We are all so sorry to have lost such a wonderful man. I hope that it brings you much peace to know he is now with Jesus. God Bless.

Theresa,
Thank you for calling me to let me know just how ill Dan had become. I am (and forever will be) grateful that I was able to be there with you and some of the family at the hospital. I loved hearing your brother and uncles talk about how kind Dan was to all people. I have seen his kindness many times in my life and he will always be an inspiration to me. My prayers are with you and your family. We now have St. Dan to watch over us all! Love, Laura, Jerry, Mary, Joe and Luke

Uncle Danny, thanks for all you have been to our family. You always had a smile or a hug. You were such a positive force in our family group. We miss you and every time we think of you, even in this time of sorrow for us, we can't help but smile. Give all the family a hug for us up there in heaven.

Farewell Uncle Dan. I'll never forget how you made everyone smile and laugh.
