Daniel Thomas McGurk

We loved seeing Dan at all of Jetts games showing such great support for Jett. You could feel how strong and intense his emotions were as he watched Jett play one great softball game after another. God Bless Dan and his Family. Love, Eric and Adriane

So very sorry to hear of Dan's passing. I have some fun memories of playing football with Dan at PTHS. He was always ready to offer a word of encouragement when I needed it.

My condolences to all the family and friends. Dan and I played ball together at P.T.H.S and randomly bumped into each other every few years. It was always fun to catch up and now it looks like we will have to postpone the next reunion. Until then...keep the stool next to you warm for me. Rebuh

Geri,I am so very sad to hear of Mr McGurks passing.He was one of my most favorite people (teachers) at Vo-Tech.He was also a great friend. I'm the one who made the trip to your home to meet his football player friend.:-) You and he were so nice to me by inviting me into your home. He love you more than anything in the world!! Gerri I am so sorry for your loss. I was a student at Sussex County Tech and I really looked up to Danny, he was an awesome person. He use to call me "Bear Bryant" and he always got a kick out of that. I am so happy out paths crossed again one time about 7-8 years ago while he worked for the phone company. Sorry to hear of Mr Mcgurk ' s passing. I was a student at vo tech, graduating in 1977. I knew he was one of the younger teachers, but did not realize quite how young he was. I got to know some of the faculty in a slightly different way when I worked in the main office in the afternoons of my senior year. He was very nice to me.
