Daniel Francis Meier

Big Red games won´t be the same without Dan there. He was such an avid fan of all Big Red sports. He was also a great friend. Prayers to Pauline and the family.

I have SO many great memories of Mr. Meier...from way back to my high school days when Sandy and I were getting into shenanigans up to the very recent times at family birthdays and celebrations. I always felt a part of the Meier family largely to the robust and inclusive energy of Mr. Meier! He always welcomed me and mine with open arms, great stories, and good food! Pauline & Family, My condolences to you Pauline and your family. It was good to catch up a bit with Dan at the last few MHS `59 summer reunions. I remember wrestling with him (he´d always pin me), fishing, and playing hockey down the hill by the Standard Oil dock in the early 50´s. He was a good person and will be missed.
