Not sure what to say?

Dan was a gret B-i-l and friend. He reached out to me to go to Friday morning breakfasts at CCs and took me several times to get my covid hots during the pandemic. and We shared many memories from Family and Thanksgiving gatherings. I will miss him tremendously! May he rest in peace.

Lynn, Ethan and Hilary, So sorry to hear of your loss. Dan was an awesome guy. Great personality, big, strong and funny...he could have easily been the first "Rock." I played football against him and he threw me around like a ragged doll. He helped me move into my new house and when I got a dolly out, he said "we don't need that," and bear hugged my clothes dryer and carried it about 40 yds. I ushered at church with him and loved the way he offered up the collection, "Good Morning Lord..."...

Don and family, Dan left a lasting impression on me the day the two of you rode your motorcycles to our home in Perry County back in the 1990's. While I was thrilled to have you both stop by, I was embarrassed at the way my house looked. Dan simply said words along the line of: You have three young children. If your house wasn't messy, THEN I would worry about it! A simple statement that clearly has stayed with me and one that I have passed on as well made by a gentle giant of a man. ...

Dan had a hart of gold thanks for the memories and the pranks you and Craig would pull on me daily.

Don and Family, I was saddened to see of Dan's passing. I remember many happy times on Riddle Road hanging out with your family and how I was always made to feel at home. I remember Dan's gym in the basement and the football games in your back yard. I wish I could have made the class reunion this year to see him. I remember his smile and those bib overalls. Rest in peace Dan. God's blessings to you all. John Stoner

Dan was a big guy with a big heart and an asset to NCAD/DDSP. The world be a bit lighter without him.

Sending heartfelt condolences to my dear friend Lynn, to their children Hillary and Ian, and to all those who knew and loved Dan. Julie Egbert

My condolences to the entire family. Moose was always such a pleasant person to be around.

I knew Dan from working with him at the New Cumberland Army Depot. He was a gentle giant and one of the friendliest and intelligent people I've ever met. He was a good friend and great family man. Also made a mean sheet of Brownies. Liz's and my thoughts are with Lynn. Hillary and Ian. Love ya Big Guy. "TR"
