Woke up this morning thinking of you about how much I love and miss you everyday.

My Deputy Director came in today and he mentioned he was from Iowa. I started telling him about the couple of visits I made out that way years ago... talking about corn and the cold. When he left I sat down with a smile on my face thinking of so many good memories. Then I looked up and there was the picture of you and Tana looking back at me. Made my smile even bigger and brighter... oh how I love and miss you both, but I'm grateful for the time I was blessed with.

Every year from the evening of the 22nd to evening of the 23rd. I tell myself I can do this. It doesn't get easier but you can learn how to deal with time. "Deal with it... Breath!". Every year I feel like there is a semi on my chest...it hurts to move and breath and I'm fighting back tears every 30 seconds trying not to break down in front people who have no idea what is going on inside. You are still so loved and I pray you don't see us hurting and missing you but that you are in paradise...
