Not sure what to say?

My Precious Son,

It is just short of a year.
We marked your 35th birthday two weeks ago. If you were watching, you saw many caring people who were there for you in your memory, for me in my grief.
From your perch in eternity, please send dad and Kevin and me some comfort and consolation. We still struggle with the fact that you are gone from us. We love you. We miss you, Dan, and all the things that could have -- should have -- been.

Loving you always,
Mom

to my older brother im sure gona miss you, for most of my life you were my idol whatever you were into thats what i was into no questions asked. i would have followed you to the ends of the earth. i just hope you know how much i love you and that i was there for you even if it seemed like i was mad at you i just wanted my brother back. anyway till we meet again you will always be in my heart

Dan,
You left this life way too soon and we miss you already.
You were my Go-to Guy if I needed anything. When the green Jeep pulled-up in the driveway, I knew my problem was solved.
Like I said at your funeral, you would not want us to be sad over you because, as all your longtime buddies attested to, you always said, "We aren't here for a long time, just a good time."
Now you're at the Big Sox Game In the Sky with Danielle and Cuppy and still having a good time. ...

My thoughts and prayers are with the Miller family at this sad time. I went to school with Danny at Walters from K-8. He was always such a sweet person, I'm sure he will be extremely missed. I pray that God gives you all the peace and security in knowing that he is safe and happy and in a much better place. Made God be with all of you.

Haven't seen you in w while , Dan, but I hope you are at peace.

We had some good times and bad times Dan. I am sure you are at peace now and your legacy will not be forgotten. Mark Twain said "The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man who lives fully is prepared to die at any time." You were a man that lived life to its fullest.

I have so many great memories from the years when we were friends. playing baseball with Dan at Kennedy Park, and being in scouts together, the audio tapes we made, that pickle in the light fixture at McDonald's, the "cut-down" fights, going to the Auto Show, watching "The Breakfast Club" until we could quote every line, "Do Wah Diddy's," all the other shenanigans, and all the laughs. Those were great times. Even though we didn't hang out much after Sophomore year of high school started, it...

My prayers are with the Miller Family. What a terrible loss,God bless!!
