Not sure what to say?

Saddened beyond belief. We were in fellowship together. He was my senior. Shocked beyond belief. God bless his soul and strength and prayers for the family.

I just found out about Dr. Newton's sudden passing. I am very shocked to hear the news. I had the pleasure of working with him in Akron, Ohio. He was a very caring and compassionate clinician who was always collegial and approachable and knew his patients well. I wish to express my deepest condolences to his family during this very difficult time.

I am so sorry and shocked to hear about Dr. Dan Newton´s passing. I knew him from medical school and internal medicine residency. He was bright, sometimes he studied with my group of friends during med school. He had a great, dry sense of humor. I am sure he was a great cardiologist. My condolences to his family.

I am so terribly sad to hear of Dan´s passing! Dan and I were residents together at Loyola. We got to know each other when we were interns on the same hematology team in September of 1996. Because of Dan, that rotation was a highlight of my internship. He was an absolutely wonderful man to be around, and I could not have asked for a better co-intern. One of the crotchety old nurses knick-named us "Dumb and Dumber," and if you know Dan, you know how much he laughed at that, especially when we...

Danny was the definition of Selfless, he is one of the most kindest souls I have ever had in my life. He and my husband Tony spent hours on the phone weekly talking about football, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, history, politics and much more. I would hear them cackling and laughing and say "what are you two roosters cackling about now?" We would all laugh. I will miss hearing those two laughing out loud together it always made me smile. I´m thankful we were able to spend time with Danny, Angela...

Danny, you will be missed, but remembered always. My deepest sympathy

This is such shocking, terrible and tragic news. Mr and Mrs Newton, Tony and Mike, I can just pray for you that the Lord will bless and keep your family through this trying time. I´m so sorry to hear this. I love you guys and miss you. God bless. Tim Bradach

My husband and I were saddened to learn of Dr. Newton's passing. Two years ago, my husband was hospitalized for a plethora of things, A Fib and CHF being two of them, It was the first time he had ever been to a doctor, or a hospital, since being born at home on the couch 70 years prior. He immediately liked Dr. Newton, both his compassion and his ability to explain to Don what was happening to him, medically. To his wife and family, please accept our condolences and our prayers. Although we...
