Not sure what to say?

As being a friend of John & Crystal Nolan I would thank Johnny for letting me and Denny meeting Dan at the PANCAKE HOUSE for GREAT morning breakfast Dan had a great sense of humor and always joined in to share something, Dan loved his family very much !!! Dan is missed ..... Rog

We are so sorry to see that both Mr. and Mrs. Nolan are gone--such lovely people. We grew up across the street from the Nolans (and the Hauges) in the 1960s, and I remember Mr. Nolan driving us kids to school. He was the nicest man ever, always with a smile for us kids. My mom just passed away in August (she had still been living in that same house on 189th St.). Our parents are gone, but never forgotten--RIP.
Love, Karen Ford

I have a very distinct memory of meeting "Danny" Nolan at the home of my aunt and uncle, Catherine and Will Brosnan, on Hill Avenue in the Bronx in the early 1950s, when I was a small child. Dan was my Uncle Willie's sister's son and I was Aunt Catherine's brother's daughter.

Dan was handsome and taller than all the Murphys and Brosnans put together, and he had just announced that he was moving to Seattle. I am quite sure that was the reason for this particular family gathering. And I...
