Carla and Phil, I am so sorry to hear about Dan. I was privileged to be his 1st grade teacher and to work with Carla, his mom, at Midway Elementary. I was always inquiring and interested in Dan and how he was doing, especially after his accident. I love you Carla and I loved Dan. He was always a bright star among many. May God bless your family through this terrible time and give you strength..

Let me begin by saying that I didn't actually know Dan North. But I knew his brother-in-law, Jacob Lambson, as a dedicated missionary in Fremont, Ohio. I so appreciated the music Jake composed for Dan on his beloved piano, and felt some of the love, and loss he must be feeling at this time. The power of music! I also realized how much I miss that music, and that young man. I'm so sorry for Dan's family, still here on earth. Dan will be fine, but the rest of us have a hole in our hearts...
