Not sure what to say?

This time of year I always think of Danny. Being his birthday just passed and my son Connors just happened I'll always remember him telling me how his name was Connor and they had close birthdays was for a reason and that he will never escape me.. He was right lol. Also he would say when I refer to my son or when I would talk about him no matter if it was good or bad I'd have no choice to say "oh connor" (oconnor) that part was also true. But most of all in the fall I'll always remember him...

I had the opportunity to know Dan through his work and always looked forward to his sales visits. He was a consummate professional, always generous in his support of my students and my library. Yet what I will miss the most about Dan, will be his infectious sense of humor and our enjoyable conversations. To his family, my deepest condolences!

I knew Dan professionally, and wanted you to know how sad I was to hear of his recent passing. I looked forward to his sales visits and his wonderful personality and lively conversation. He will be missed.

It was always great when you came to visit us. You always brought something with you for my grandchildren.
Always left us happy. You were a good man Danny, I will miss you.

I knew Dan through his work - through his many presentations to library staff. He was a kind and generous man, who helped everyone remember to smile That's not easy to do these days. I send my heartfelt condolences to his family and friends, and I thank you for sharing him with us for all these years. I shall miss him - he made a beautiful difference in this world. May he continue to watch over all of us.

I will miss him very much. He was always so upbeat and positive. And also offered some excellent restaurant recommendations! The library community has lost a terrific guy.

Dan was a true gentleman. I first met him as a school librarian, worked closely with him through EMA and later NJASL. Always looked forward to seeing Dan at our annual conference. He was a true and trusted friend to school librarians...Dan will be missed by so many.

danny always put a smile on everyones face.. You will be missed.. Prayers to the family.. We will always smile when thinking of you..

When we think about Danny, the words "one of a kind, funny, generous, kind, compassionate, hard working, stoic, smart, resourceful and honest" come to mind spontaneously. Danny was a good friend and business partner for many years and we are blessed to have known him and Alycia. Our hearts are broken-he left us way too soon - but he will not be forgotten.
