Daniel J. Ody

Mr. & Mrs. Ody and Lori,,,I have been over a week trying to think about what to "say". I am truly at a loss. I was so terribly sorry to hear about Dan. We did manage to stay in touch with each other over the years. We always made time for each other. He was very special to me. Always was and always will be. I'm grateful to have known him and to have loved him. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you all.

We first met the Ody Family when our sons, the same age went to Middle School. We was involved in racing and had simular businesses. Our sons spent a lot of weekends at our home and theirs, going to the races, camping, swimming and hanging out at Friday Night Frolics. He was a friend of both our sons, Brett and Rance Gorman and he will be missed.

Lori, I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. If you need anything please remember I'm right around the corner. Love you my dear friend!

Dan you will be sorely missed. You were a huge part of the racing community and I will miss that big grin you always had on your face. RIP.

Lives are not measured in terms of years, but by the lives we touch. If we cam touch each others lives postitvely we will be remembered and valued for it. Danny was truly valued by all parents, children in our neighborhood. His generous nature will be remembered by all. Our neighborhood will very much miss his and his kind and gentle nature.
