so many guys from watervilet grew up with rocky and jimmy...and danny was ALWAYS a part of the social agenda! the cocoa family essentially adopted danny; he was an integral part of their lives.
have know him for over 45 years...dan was always welcome in our home(s)...and regularly visited my folks and my siblings.
nothing seemed to ever come easy to danny...he had to fight for all that he accomplished...and on behalf of all members of my family, we extend our sincerest sympathy in his...

I remember meeting Danny when I was 8 years old, at school 9 and taking him over to the diner, to help me wash dishes. That was 53 years ago, he was my best buddy and part of my family. I will always cherish or times together. He was a person who never said, no, if you needed something. if you knew Danny, you would have to like him.
