My prayers and condolences to the Pancake/Tapia Families. I have known Dan as long as I have known Rae (my former Boss). Dan was such a wonderful, kind-hearted gentle giant. Every time he visited CBOE, or the visits I made to their home for Rae's birthday parties in July, he wore that bright, beautiful smile that could warm any heart and entertained guests with much compassion. Dan was a true leader and great supporter of the YMCA in the La Grange community. A man of great character and and an inspiration to many. He will be truly missed.
