Not sure what to say?

Hi Kathy,
So sorry to hear of your loss. I have fond memories of working with you for the Maine Affiliate of the American Diabetes Association. I remember when you were pregnant with Danny - could that really be 20 years ago? Sorry to not be in contact sooner. We are all busy living our lives to the fullest and then an untimely death makes you stop and think. Not matter how long any of us live, it's a relatively short period of time. It does sound like Dan and all of you made the...

Dear Kathy, Becca & Danny - I was honored to know Dan on a professional level, and am very saddened by his loss. I got to know him well about 12 years ago when I covered the Turnpike for the Press Herald. We stayed in close touch over the years, and when I left the news business in 2009, he helped me transition to a new career in public affairs by lending me his advice, his ear, his time and his contacts. Last March we celebrated with lunch at the Sea Dog in South Portland, and it was such a...

Coach Dan! He taught me skills not only on the court, but life lessons I have found useful so far along the way. He was the best coach i've ever had. He always had something nice to say no matter the situation. I found a letter from him the other day that made me laugh. He wrote it to me before I went to Hawaii telling me to teach the island kids some bball with my "hot shot" To a great coach, and a trusted friend, you will be missed.

Kathy (Katie), so sorry to hear of Dan's illness and passing. My heart goes out to you and your children in this difficult time. I wish we had stayed in closer touch but I'll never forget either of you. Pam (Vieta) Kriegel.

Kathy, I saw you at the Cancer Center a couple weeks ago. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. From one NJ to Maine transplant to another (Medford, SHS 75)I wish you peace as you travel the road ahead.

Kathy, I was just thinking of you and wondering where you had gotten all these years-we had so many great sleepovers at your house. I didn't know you had married Dan and my deepest sympathies to you, your children and your family. Please contact me when things settle down.love ya Denise

Danny Paradee was in my first fourth grade class in Cherry Hill. He was one of the sweetest boys. I always thought of him when I drove down Kresson Road.
I am so sorry to read of his untimely passing.
God Bless you all.
