Not sure what to say?

Pastor Parsch will always be in my heart. He confirmed my son. He gave a beautiful sermon at my mother's funeral and at my sister's funeral. He was warm and understanding and I felt I was surrounded by angels. He helped us get through the two deaths in my family. I miss you Pastor Parsch...I will always remember you.

...Roz and I just heard of Pastor Parsch's death; wow, October to mid-January is a long time...We SO much enjoyed worshipping with you and the boys and Pastor, when we lived in Waukee and worked with Dalen on his Music Ministry Board. Certainly wished I would have know you folks were in Nixa, as we live in Jeff City. I wish you the Lord's continued blessings as you continue to walk in your journey of faith and look forward to that day when you and Pastor will once...

I just now heard of Pastor's death. He was a wonderful soul...he buried my mother, father and sister. Without him I never could have made it through. I will always remember him and his wonderful family. The best years of my life were the years as a member of Gloria Dei.
Always,

Monica and family
I was so sad to hear of Dan's death. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We are in Florida so we will not be able to be there to help celebrate his life. Thinking of you and wishing I could give you a hug in person. I will always remember you two greetings us when we moved to Quail Ridge and making us feel at home. It was such a blessing May Gods loving arms surround and support you.

I am greiving from the loss of the dearest of friends and one of the most beautiful souls I have ever met. Pastor Parsch was a neighbor who knew who I was even before I became an adult member of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church. I went through adult catechism with this kind and loving soul. I have not seen him from years and have always missed him. He and his God's words and lessons of comfort, love, forgiveness and grace have and continue to elevate my life. I have always loved you and will...

Monica, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I will keep you and the family in my prayers.
Angels around you,

Dear Parsch Family,

We are sorry to hear of your loss. Pastor Parsch married us and he was a neat guy and fellow fan of sports, movies, and history. My Johnston High and Air Force Academy buddies who were in the wedding commented on his "coolness".

I fondly remember Pastor's gentle guidance to me during my high school years. There was a time when I was asked to give the prayer before a school banquet, and I was urged to keep the Lord out of it. I spoke with Pastor Parsch, who urged me to follow my heart and make my prayer pleasing to God first. That guidance still works in my life today.

I even remember babysitting the boys once upon a time. Your family, and Pastor in particular, made a great impact on my life. I can't make it...
