Not sure what to say?

On this memorial day I admit that I think of Daniel and his whole family quite often, as they were such an integral and constant part of my "growing up" years. Blessings.

Joy, Joe and Family

We are so sorry to hear of the loss of your dear son, Daniel. Our thoughts are with you.

Fondly, George & Heidi Merrick

Dan was friends with my wife Lisa and I. Ariel and Dan would visit us up in the Santa Cruz Mountains. You could hear his
laughter from Santa Cruz to San Jose as his personality and warm presence would
brighten our day ! We love you Dan and you will always be in our hearts and souls !

Daniel was my dear nephew who will be missed so very much by our entire family. Such a kind, loving and special person he was. I wish I could tell him how much he meant to me and to all who knew him. He was becoming a teacher, the most nobelist profession there is, he has been my teacher also. Words cannot express our grief but we are thankful for having had him for 37 years. Our hearts are broken. Daniel will forever be in our hearts.

Mr. Parsons was a wonderful teacher and one of the nicest people I knew. My friends and I would always arrive early at class just to see his welcomming smile as he waited for us at the door.

I remember one day, it was the matinee performance of our school show, and Mr. Parsons had promised that he would be there to support us. He even left his date early so he could get to the school on time! It was then that he found out it wasn't actually AT the school! He told us the next day...

I was Daniel's babysitter and next door neighbor for many years. I just heard this news and am so very sad. My heart goes out to Joe and Joy.

mr parsons was an amazing teacher. i loved the way he brightened our day every morning(: 2nd period isn't the same without him. we miss him and learn in honor of him<3

Mr. Parsons always greeted us with a bright smile and wonderful loud laugh that woke us all up and got us psyched for the day.
Thank you, Mr. Parsons, even if we cold only be your students for a short while.

Mr. Parsons was always filled with happiness and had the courage to chase after his dreams. We will never forget him.
