Dear Judy and family,
Pastor Dan was one of a kind. We saw him preach at Beaver American Lutheran and also saw him at Good Shepherd. He was a wonderful preacher with strong convictions and the deepest faith we have seen. He was always attentive and made sure you knew he knew who you were. He truly cared about those around him even those he didn't know well. We will miss him. God's blessings to all of you. My sympathies to you, Judy, and your family. I have good memories of Pastor Piel from when he was pastor at Pilgrim.
