Daniel Pikaart

Dan was my landlord for a little over 5 years total. He was a very good, God fearing man. He always treated me good and was there to talk. I considered him more of a friend than a landlord. He was by far the best one I ever had. I was lucky to get to know him and his wife. Rest in peace, Dan. You will be missed.

Dan was our second cousin and we always had a good time of conversation when we were together. He took the time to see our mother Lucille when she was at Green Acres in Cedar Springs, as well as celebrate her last birthday party we had for her at the farm. We miss him now, but we'll be reunited in Heaven!

I met Dan at Carriage House Realty in the 70's. His personality and humor were displayed in that big grin.

Over the years we would see each other and we would both smile because we were both happy to see each other.

What a great guy who was committed to his religion, family, friends, and his business.

My prayers go out to Dan's family and friends. I have know Dan for 42 years that I have been in Real Estate. Dan was always full of laughter when we talked and seemed like he had a good heart. I will miss Dan. He was a mentor and a good friend. He taught me the fundamentals of real estate in the real world. May God hold him in the palm of his hands.

There are no words to express how sorry I am to hear of Dan's passing. He was an amazing friend who taught me so much about Real Estate in the 20 + years we have been friends. I am going to miss him immensely. His friendship always included GOD in almost every discussion we had. He was a firm believer and a great source of comfort anytime I needed a friend to listen. Sending you all hugs and prayers and a smile knowing that Dan is resting in peace along side the love of his life.
