Dr Popp was my German Teacher at UF back in the 70's and he made the class enjoyable especially when we held class in the Rathskeller! He was caring, hilarious, and actually had a pretty good singing voice to boot! My Father , a professor as well - who passed in 2001 - also had many fond memories of Dr. Popp and I am certain they will have a few beers in the Great Rathskellar in the sky...
