Not sure what to say?

I´m sorry to find Dan had passed away. I haven´t spoken to him in a few years. I was trying to find them. I meant in Boston in the 1990s when he was filming Celtic pride. He rented a room from me in Charlestown mass while he was here. We had a lot of fun hanging out in Boston and even got me in as an extra on the Celtic pride movie. We went out to visit him and Starr Pass and played some golf. He was a great guy, and I had many friends in many places. Brian

Just not the same without him at Starr Pass. Miss him dearly.

Our condolences to all the Quick family. Shannon and I met Dan in 1983, when he was in town for the filming of Cannonball Run II. I owned a gym here in Tucson and Dan with some of the crew would come in to workout. We developed a close friendship over the years, and were thrilled when he bought a place in Starr Pass! Although he would be gone for months at a time, we always kept in touch. He was a true fiend and we deeply miss him! Mike and Shannon Spahr

Single Memorial Tree

My deepest condolences to Dan's family and friends. I was very sad to hear about Dan's passing. I had the pleasure of knowing Dan and playing a few rounds a golf with him. Dan was a great man. RIP Dan.

Dan was a good friend. We met through work on several shows in Arizona. He liked going to Tubac to the Cigar shop. He will be greatly missed. Ate dinner with him in Sonoita not long ago.

Dan Was one of my best friends. We met at Starr Pass golf course in 1993 as I had joined as first member & Dan second. He purchased a casita in Starr Pass just 2 blocks from me. We spent time together when he was not working movies. We played golf, smoked cigars and drank wine & Tequila. He loved life and especially his leisure time. I had the privilege of meeting most of his family, such great people. Cheryl & will miss him immensely. Wayne & Cheryl...

He was the second member of the Starr Pass golf club. I work here now and still he was always a very good friend and gave me support whenever I needed it. He always talks so fondly about his parents, his family, his nieces and nephews. She always had a way to lift you up and give you spirit. I will miss his mortal soul, but I know he´s with God now our father and our father needs strong loving warriors.

Condolences to the Quick family on the passing of Dan. Growing up he was the golfer we all aspired to be. Remember well his golfing legacy (and his brothers) in High School at Emerald Hill and Rock River CC.
