My deepest sympathies to your family. I grew up with Dan in Royal Oak spending many summers and after school hours with him and his family. I last saw him at his wedding, but I continued to follow him through Christmas letters and postings by his sister Sue in Tucson. We had a lot of similar interests including a love for Lake Michigan. Dan in Petoskey and Glen Lake and be across the bay at Harbor Springs and a cabin at Good Hart. I will always remember the many childhood adventures we had...

Ms. Deb: Mary and I were very sorry to learn of Dan's passing. Dan and I shared many interesting times with all the things we were doing together years ago in our academic positions and away from the school. My best to David, Doug and Dani, and, of course, you Deb. Mary and I have many great memories of our social times in Midland. Ron Kyhos
