Dearest Randolph family - Fitz, Karen and daughters. My condolences go out to Karen. Jennifer and Meg. They´ve lived across the street from us since 1978. Fitz and Karen were some of the first folks we met when we moved to Atlanta. For the past several years our oldest son asked if he could go to Mr Fitz house everyday and about half the time he did....sorry Karen. They got into all kinds of shenanigans.
