Not sure what to say?

Lisa,
I came across Daniel's obituary looking for info about his dad. We were in the same Ward for two years at BYU. I've been thinking about him lately (must be all this 30yr high school reunion stuff dredging up memories). I have always remembered him fondly and the fun we had. Especially that brown bag skit we did at the opening ward social activity in 1979. He did a number on me with red paint. I hope he had a happy life.

Dear Lisa and Family,
You probably don't remember our names but we see you in Church and have observed Dan's dedication to your family.
We know that this is a very sad and difficult time of your life but please know that we, and many others feel your grief and that we are praying for you.

Dear Brother & Sister Rector,

We were saddened to hear of the death of your son Daniel. We send our heartfelt sympathy and want you to know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

With Deepest Sympathy,

Buzz & Anne Rees Woods

Sally,

We are so sorry for your loss. We didn't know your dad very well but we have learned through this difficult time what an amazing person he was. Nobody loved life as he did. We realize that you are so much like him and really admire the relationship that you had with him. We love you and your family so much. Know that you are in our prayers always and that we will do anything for you. Your friendship means the world to us.

Lisa, I am so sorry. I loved running into you and Dan at various races throughout the state. It was so fun seeing the two of you so happy and enthusiastic. I remember being at the last Ogden Marathon and hearing both your names announced together. I thought, "That's incredible, they ran that whole marathon together. What a marriage!" You two seemed like you had entered a whole new phase of marriage--so healthy, so happy, so full of life. You two seemed to have such a wonderful marriage...

Dear Lisa and family,

My time working with Daniel at Sunstone was some of the happiest times of my life. Daniel always made everyone feel that they were important and appriciated.

My prayers go out to you and your family.

With love,

The Jentzsch Family

Dear Rector Family,

It has been years since we grew up in Virginia together--we have fond memories of our many friends there. Daniel accomplished so much during his time on earth and finished the race well. Our prayers for your solace are made with the assurance that he is in a good place, hard at work.

With love,

Wayne & Amie Fagg

We are so sorry for you loss and grateful for the reassurance that we will see him again one day. Our thoughts are with you on this day.

PLEASE EXCEPT OUR CONDOLENCES IN THIS TIME OF YOUR GREAT LOSS. MY LOVE AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU ALL.
