He was the big brother that I never had. Dan , along with Carl and Slim, welcomed me into their home back in the early 1970's and I have always treasured their memories.

Dan,
I will always cherish the extraordinary friendship we shared during our young years growing up on the North end.
My heart is full with hilarious memories of the 'hood between 1711 and 2108.
Good hunting, my friend.

Dan was generous with his friendship and generous with his humor. From one "Bob" to another, he'll be missed.

Dan,
I will miss seeing you on the river. I hope that where you are the steelhead are always biting, the pheasants hold in sparce cover and the wind is but a breeze. God bless you in your journey.
