Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to hear about Danny. We went to high school together and, though we weren't close friends, I always found him to be a truly sweet and kind person - with a great smile and positive attitude. What a loss to this world.

Dear Riss Family,
I am so sad to have just heard about Danny's passing. I was lucky enough to have spent six years with him at RHAM and then again connected when we were planning our High School reunion. He was always a forever friend that will be missed greatly. My sympathy goes out to his family. Dan-always a rowdette!

I was sorry to hear of Dan's passing. I worked with him at the Hilton, Hartford. He was a true gentleman, always dedicated to peaceful solutions. Dan was fair, considerate and thoughtful in all matters. He cared about people and he adored his children. Even with his own heart broken, he never failed to try to bring sunshine to everyone's day. He will truly be missed by all of us who appreciated Dan as a man of great spirit and solid family values. My deepest sympathy to his children,...

I truly don't know where to start, Dan was a wonderful, funny, loving Individual always thinking of others. dan loves his girls he would have moved Heaven and Earth for those kids, we would always sit around on sundays and watch home videos of the girls and he would tell me stories of the twins.Dan you're the most LOVING person I've ever came in contact with. You will always have a place in my heart...I LOVE YOU BOO

I had a wonderful opportunity to work with Dan at the Sheraton now the Hilton in Hartford. The day he left to become a GM was a sad day as I would really miss his guidance. He was a gentleman and always had time to help out. I was very green in the hotel industry when I started and he helped me to become a better person. I have since left the hotel industry but am very thankful to have known Dan.

My heartfelt condolences to Dan's family. I knew Dan from his years at St. John Fisher Church in Marlborough. I was a member of the Celebration youth group. Dan was always there with a positive outlook and was a good friend. Though we lost touch over the years, I am deeply saddened by his passing.

Dan will truly be missed by all of
us who worked with him at the
Sheraton Hartford Hotel. My condolences to his family.

May God be with the Riss family during this time. I also worked with Mr. Riss at the Sheraton and he was someone who not only helped me better myself as a businessman but also a man. One of the quotes I live by everday is "be fair and firm" Mr. Riss told me that the first day I met him and I would never forget that or you. I love you bro.

You will be missed Mr. Riss you were a father figure to me.

Thank you for allowing me to work side by side w/my father (my mentor)@ the front desk. You always told me things happen for a reason-I did listen today I'm so greatful for being the person that I am-I will always remember you.

You always stated I have little things that reminds you of your twins :O) and we always laughed about it.

You won't be forgotten in my book.
