Our family is very saddened to hear of the loss of Dan. Maureen (daughter of Dave Zimmer) has many fond memories of Dan and her own dad and their various trips and adventures. Dear Mary and Family,
I came to know Dan, "Mr. Ritzel" growing up, and his consummate sales professionalism, his wit, his perspective, his gentlemanly ways and his friendship to our family. Stories of travels, food and camaraderie were ever present. The Olean "oil men's picnic" was always an annual focal point. We will cherish the memories in clebration for his life yet still be saddened at our loss. Let perpetual light shine upon him.

I was saddened to read of the passing of Dan. He was one of the kindest and warmest gentleman our family had the pleasure of knowing. You may know that he worked with my father at Chemcentral for several years. My father always held him in the highest regard and counted Dan among his closest friends.
