Dan Roby was a joy to know and associate with and was upbeat with a passion.With that distinctive voice of his he was recognizable at a hundred yards.I held great love and respect for Dan.More than once I sought his advice on legal points and issues.My most sincere condolences to his family in their loss of a loved and respected gentleman.
