Daniel was the first boy to ask me out after I started to Jefferson High. He was very sweet and very shy. So shy that he had his brother (Bobby) stop me in the hall to ask me to a movie for him. Danny was standing against a well watching and sort of smiling.

He used to come up to the fence when I was swimming and I would get out of the water and we would talk.

I was sad to hear of his death and to find that Bobby was also gone. But, I was so happy to see that he...

My sincerest condolences to the San Miguel and Van De Putte families. Met Mr Dan several years ago and he was well versed in law enforcement and a fine gentleman! We will miss Him.

My sincere condolences to the Daniel San Miguel family. What a great man was with a long history of public service which he past on to his children. I know that he has left a legacy that he and his family, including the community can be proud of. Hr truly was a man among great men in our society. God bless his family and may they continue to be inspired by their father and grandfather.
