Mr. Schiavone, was my teacher in Bad Tölz, Germany from 1954'1957. He and his wife were great teachers. i remember him recovering from being caught in the avalanche. I also remember on Fridays we would go the hill by the kaserne and he and his wife would give us skiing lessons. Great teachers, both of them.
