Not sure what to say?

To the family of Mr. Schultz--You are in my thoughts and prayers. In recent years, I had waited on Mr. Schultz often at TCF Bank. However, I had met Mr. Schultz years before when he worked for the Salvation Army as the person who conducted interviews of potential scholarship candidates. Mr. Schultz saw the potential in not only myself, but my two sisters as well. With his recommendation, my sisters and I were awarded scholarships for 4 years each, which helped us all to graduate from the...

We had the pleasure of both knowing and working with Dan during our career stop over in St. Paul and had occasional contact over the ensuing years. It goes without saying the world now has an empty spot but heaven is blessed with great help.

Dan was greatly loved and will always be warmly remembered at Central Presbyterian Church, where he blessed us in so many ways. We honor his decision to return to the Catholic Church, and at the same time he will always be a Central person in our hearts.
He was a lovely, giving man with a deep Christian faith. I am comforted now to think of him reunited with his dear MaryEllen.
I want to extend my symathy to all of his family, especially his Larson and Fahey family who are the...

I grew up on Geranium St a few houses away from Dan. I am not related but my older sisters were close with the family. May you rest in peace Dan.

Dan Schultz made a difference in so many lives - as a family member, a business associate, a charitable fundraiser and most of all as a kind, gentle compassionate man. We wish him peace in the next life - and a perpetual tee time with his favorite partner Mary Ellen.

Dan and myself at my wedding....

My Uncle Dan taught me so much about life and love. He taught me the importance of giving back and unconditional love. I will miss him calling me his sweetie pie. I will miss our "dates" (that's what we called them) and how he would take me in his arms and dance with me while singing or humming a special song in my ear. He was like a Grandfather to me. I thought of him as my Grandfather and will never forget the twinkle in his eye's and the smile on his face every time I told him that. I will...

Uncle Dan was greatly loved and respected by everyone he knew and shared his life with. He also had a big impact on many he did not personally know through his extensive volunteer work. He was always in charge of the "blessing" for family events and was himself a great blessing to his family. He will be greatly missed by us but it is a comfort to know that he is now with his beloved MaryEllen.

Uncle Dan will be greatly missed by many because he was loved by so many. May he be happy now dancing with his sweetie, Mary Ellen.
I love you Uncle Dan!!
